Remarkable as it seems, we are celebrating our 40th year.
No one is more surprised than we are to find ourselves creating something fresh and new after all this time. What makes this possible, in addition to the fortitude of the band members, is the love and support of our listeners and fans. And of courseour families and friends, and our second family of music supporters: the promoters, the agents, the accountants, the record labels, the producers, the managers, and last but not least, the roadies. We’ve been through a lot together, in the Americas, in Europe, in Russia, and everywhere in between.
Beginning February 2, to start the New Year off right, we’ll be wailing at Birdland in NYC. After that we go directly to the recording studio to produce our next album on the CamJazz label. You’ll hear about it first right here.
